This service is scheduled as needed when regular maintenance is required. While cleaning services are scheduled as soon as a confirmation is approved for a booking, regular maintenance will be scheduled when any property issue may come up. This keeps your property well maintained for future guests, while scheduling maintenance during a time which the property is not booked. You have the choice to either pay the invoices or allow us to deduct the costs from your monthly earnings.
