Cohost will install smart locks (or wifi/bluetooth locks) from our partner RemoteLock. These locks allow us to generate new entry codes for each guest and turnover cleaner. Using a smart lock allows us to track who was the recent person to have access to the home while also managing entry without being on the property. This is the best way we have found to keep your property secure, safe, and easily accessible for guests.

If you do not have a lock, Cohost will acquire the lock for you, install, and charge out after the first reservation. Therefore, we take the initial risk, and you own the lock after the first reservation!
