How does Cohost work?

Cohost prides itself in being a full-service property management company. By full-service, we mean that your property is 100% handled by us. We market your property through listing channels such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, TripAdvisor and more, for short-term rentals. This is where guests can book your home for business or vacation trips for short stays. Cohost will manage everything that is involved with short-term rentals such as guest communication, and turnover cleanings. We also use artificial intelligence to determine smart pricing for daily rates, and list your property out to all the different booking channels as mentioned above. When listing homes on these booking channels, we also make sure that all the booking calendars are synchronized to prevent double bookings. Cohost also has a recommended list of contractors for any time of home maintenance or repairs for the unexpected water heater failing, or similar occurrences.

Cohost will pay you a guaranteed monthly rent for your peace of mind. 
We guarantee our homeowners a fixed rent and hands free management experience. Cohost takes on all expenses, responsibilities, occupancy and revenue risk. This is considered a 'Corporate Lease' or 'Master-Lease'.
