Short Term Rental Guidelines for Larimer County, Colorado

According to Section 4.3.6 of the Larimer County Land Use Code, Short Term Rentals are defined as a building under single management and ownership, for temporary rental to transient guests. 

Section 0.1.1 of the Larimer County Land Use Code states Transient is defined as temporary or short-term nature (30 or fewer consecutive days).

In no case shall the Short Term Vacation Rental exceed the definition of a living unit, defined in Section 0.1.1 of the Larimer County Land Use Code. as follows: One family, plus up to two additional individuals whose place of residence is with the family in the dwelling unit.
