How do I change the number of guests on my reservation?
This is done entirely through the booking channel you used to reserve your stay with us.
What should I do if I encounter an issue during my trip?
If you have a medical emergency, dial 911 immediately. For any non-medical issue that only our support can provide, contact us through the booking channel used, call, or chat and we will be available to assist you.
Can I check-in early?
Depending on the situation, you might have the opportunity to check-in early. Don't base your travel plans on an early check-in though, we usually are booked throughout the month and will be cleaning the home for your stay.
How is Cohost different than a company like Airbnb and HomeAway?
Airbnb and HomeAway are listing channels. They are a marketplace for homes to be listed on. We are a property management company that lists our Host's home for them, while handling routine tasks involved with a rental property.
How do I leave a review for my stay?
There are many places we accept reviews. You can leave us a review on the booking channel you used, on Google, Facebook, and Yelp.
How do I cancel my reservation with Cohost?
You must cancel through the booking channel used to reserve your stay with us.
What can I expect to find in a Cohost home?
A Google home, a smart wifi/bluetooth lock to access the home without the need for keys, and a digital guidebook with directions to the property, check-in and check-out information, local recommendations and more!

Can I check out late?
Depending on the situation, you might be able to check-out later. It never hurts to ask! In some cases, our cleaners arrive at a certain time, and late check-out fees will apply.
