Is Cohost operating in my area?
We currently operate in Colorado and Houston. If you live outside of these areas you can still reach out. With enough support, it helps us understand which city to launch in next. You will be one of the first Hosts to launch with us in your area.
Do I have to commit to a certain amount of availability?
It's your property, you can reserve it all you want. You will though make more the longer you leave it available.
Do I need to provide Cohost with photographs of my home?
You don't have to, but it sure would help! We do send out a photographer to get pictures though. These photos will be yours to keep to do with as you wish.
Do I need to provide you with a cleaner?
You don't have to have a cleaner, but if you do, we can continue working with them if you like.
Do I need to provide paper towels, soap, and toilet paper?
You won't need to stock anything ever again. We keep your property stocked and deduct the cost of goods from your earnings. No more related trips to the store to stock your home.
Do I need to do my guests laundry (e.g., towels, linens, sheets, etc.)?
Of course not! We wouldn't be much of a property management company if you had to. We handle all of the linens so you don't have to.
How does Cohost promote my property to guests?

Do I have to allow pets?

Do I need to have Wi-Fi or a traditional phone line/land-line installed?
Wireless internet is always a good thing to have. It works with our digital guidebook and provided google home. A land-line is not required, but always accepted.
